The intention was to make the most of the space and create different and specific areas to host a number of people doing different activities often at the same time (children play area, male majlis, ladies majlis, official reception, small lounge, family dining, etc.)

The choice of materials is extremely functional since the space is meant to be fully lived in and used by a large family. However, the FF&E communicates a sense of timeless luxury and elegance. The color scheme and the lighting design enhance the natural light of the villa and generate a feeling of a holiday beach house. The villa has private access to a beautiful beach and infinity pool which are framed by the windows.
